The use of tobacco products is rarely permitted inside the yachts due to fabric damage and lingering odors, however most allow you to smoke on the outside deck areas. Most contracts specify that no smoking is allowed in confined areas. Violation of this clause can result in immediate termination of your charter with forfeiture of all charter funds.
